Also - when customers arrive they seem to get flustered so all of a sudden they&#39;re working on three orders instead of doing them one at a time. Then more mistakes are made. The other annoying thing is that the music is usually too loud and frequently the same song on a loop. You can here it play through two or three times while waiting on your order. Recently they switched to Kenny G which was torture. This place has greatness in it. When they nail the sandwich they are more than decent. But my guess is that management stopped managing and just left the workers to it. They&#39;re all nice people but the place needs some organisation.
